St Bernard State School is set in beautiful and spacious grounds on the Scenic Rim.
The landscaped grounds include our forest that parents and students planted native shrubs and trees, developing a forest area to attract native fauna.
We have a large oval with ample space for many games to be played on during lunch and host sporting events. Beside the oval, our new hall will be constructed that will be used to extend the many enrichment programs that St Bernard State School offers, especially in the arts and public speaking.
Our Learning Hub as a computer lab with computers, laptops, iPad and class sets of robotics kits. Children have access to a large variety of reading books prior to school and in their library lessons to borrow and return each week.
The school grounds offer a variety of play areas. We have a large playgrounds (junior and senior) with recently upgraded soft fall, sand play areas, a large oval, a multi-purpose court used for tennis, basketball, netball and games skill practice. The court is available for hire after hours.
